Biography

Brian Cayce is the Managing Director of The Roberto C. Goizueta Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Brian founded Gray Ghost Ventures' early-stage impact-focused venture capital funds, and successfully exited that business at the end of 2021 after seventeen years. Brian was a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, and has the distinction of being a Kauffman Fellow. Brianā€™s venture investing track record includes such prestigious awards as GSMAā€™s ā€œBest Use of Mobile Technology for Social and Economic Developmentā€ (CellBazaar); the Financial Timesā€™ ā€œBest Use of Technology for Sustainable Financeā€ (M-Kopa); and Fortune Magazineā€™s ā€œChange the Worldā€ (bKash).
