Goizueta Business School places 3rd at UNC Real Estate Competition

Please join us in congratulating Zach Hively ‘08MBA, Michael Mashioff ‘08JD/MBA, Matt Mason ‘07MBA, and Zach Schneider ‘08MBA, on their 3rd place finish at the UNC Real Estate Development Case Competition this past weekend.

The Goizueta Business School team received their case around noon on Tuesday, February 20th and only had two days to compile their presentation. Professor of Finance Roy T. Black states, “This is a great accomplishment. The Goizueta Business School team faced competition from an impressive group of schools. The team's third place showing continues to enhance the national reputation of our real estate program.”

Other schools that competed but did not place: Chicago, Duke, UNC, Columbia, Texas, Dartmouth, Cornell, Harvard, UCLA, Virginia, Northwestern, and Michigan
