SunTrust Case Competition

We would like to congratulate the winners of the 8th annual SunTrust Case Competition recently held at Goizueta Business School.

1st Place:

The competition was based on a recent SunTrust Mergers and Acquisitions deal and judged by the bankers who actually worked on the deal, along with Goizueta Business School faculty. Once students were presented with the case, they had 48 hours to complete the banking transaction experience. The companies that participated in the real acquisition were present and gave their perspective so students could hear from all sides of the transaction.

This case competition allows students to experience a real banking transaction and requires focus, analytics, and leadership. This year, it is also noteworthy that the majority of the winners of the case competition are members of the Evening MBA Program.
