Staff Updates from Emory Executive Development

Kelly Bean continues her work in executive development at Goizueta as the program’s new executive director. Joining Bean in Executive Development is Tracey Trombino, the new senior associate director of Business Development. Trombino works with representatives from both large and mid-sized corporations to develop customized executive education programs. In this role, she works with clients to help them address a variety of issues, such as strengthening the managerial pipeline; cultivating a global perspective; improving strategy execution; organizational change management; and leadership development. She works closely with organizations in assessing business needs, creating executive developmening recommendations and managing the program design and implementation process. 

Before landing at Goizueta, Trombino worked for a leading assessment firm and has extensive experience working with clients on large-scale assessment projects, including organization assessments, needs assessments, and succession planning. Past clients include: National Car Rental, Sprint Telecommunications, Amoco Oil, Texaco, Budget Rent-A-Car, Winn-Dixie Stores, Home Shopping Network and Oshman’s Sporting Goods.
