The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties has chosen AIG Global Development as its "Development Firm of the Year."

The criteria for the award are service to the Atlanta Community, service to the NAIOP Chapter and innovation in Development. The Georgia office that was honored has 18 employees. Four of them are from Emory University. They are: David Zanaty 98C 1998, VP and Head of the Office Development Team, Akuansa Graham 04MBA, on the Residential Team, James Barnard 06MBA, on the Retail Team, and Hussain Moosajee 07MBA, on the Office Team.
