Integrating Millennials (born 1982 through 2002) into today’s workplace will require careful planning, warn Andrea Hershatter, a senior lecturer in organization and management and the associate dean and director of the BBA program at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and Molly Epstein, an assistant professor in the practice of management communication. The Millennials approach to work is so different from Generation Xers, the researchers say, that smart companies are adjusting their recruiting tactics and work environment to meet the group’s needs.
