Goizueta BBA students placed first in a national competition to create a marketing campaign for Subaru.
The competition challenge was to raise awareness of Subaru's Impreza line among college students through an integrated marketing communications campaign. Each university formed and ran their own advertising agency within their course structure.
After making it into the final round, the student delegation from Reshma Shah's Integrated Marketing Communication class presented to senior executives at Subaru headquarters in New Jersey including their CEO, COO, CMO and several Marketing Directors. The Emory campaign entitled "Drive with Character" featuring "Susie B" edged out University of Southern California's (USCs) presentation. Both these spots won several honors and accolades.
