Biography
Prior to joining the Goizueta Business School faculty in 2008, Joshua Pollet was an assistant professor of finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He received a PhD in economics from Harvard University and a BA in economics and mathematics from Emory University. During his four years at the University of Illinois, Pollet taught an investments course for undergraduates as well as a graduate course about the empirical analysis of equity returns. His research has been discussed in several publications including the
New York Times and the
Wall Street Journal.
