Brandon M. Smith is a Principal in the consulting firm Fleming, Smith & Sunny. Fleming, Smith & Sunny is a consulting firm specializing in individual and organizational growth. Drawing on the science of human development, Fleming, Smith & Sunny provides specialized coaching and organizational development services to business, non-profit, and educational institutions. At the end of each engagement, it is the purpose of Fleming, Smith & Sunny to leave clients with a deeper sense of "purpose" and operating at a level that is more representative of their "best selves."
In addition, Mr. Smith has an extensive background in the clinical counseling arena. He has counseled clients in both professional and clinical settings, including work at Ridgeview Institute, a world-renown inpatient mental health facility.
Mr. Smith received an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University with a concentration in communications and team dynamics. His post graduate work includes an M.S. in counseling from Georgia State University in which Mr. Smith worked in both clinical and professional settings. In addition, Mr. Smith received an MBA from Emory's Goizueta Business School where he continues to guest-lecture and teach courses related on issues related to leadership and organizational development.
