Usually in the form of a business challenge, this component is designed to enhance and expand participants' developmental experience by working on real issues and challenges that are faced by their organization. - Business Simulation
Several computer-based models are utilized to enhance general management skills, strengthen marketing/brand strategy, or lead change through decision making. - Team-Building
A learning lab in which participants learn about their personal behaviors and how they affect others and their organization. - Case Studies
Existing industry case studies as well as customized, company-specific case studies may be utilized to accomplish meaningful learning. - Coaching
Our experienced faculty works with participants to leverage competency development and program learnings; coaching is based on the individual's current situations, development plans and assessment results.
