Open Enrollment Programs
Emory Executive Education’s Open Enrollment Programs are applied, practical, and highly interactive programs designed to enhance your managers' and executives' strategic leadership and business acumen capabilities. These programs offer development in topical areas that are critical to overall leadership effectiveness. They are designed to help high potential and senior leaders elevate their skills as they assume greater levels of responsibility within the organization.

We offer two types of Open Enrollment Programs:
The Goizueta Management Certificate: Our five-day programs that help executives increase their span of influence over the organization by focusing intently on elevating leadership and on honing business acumen skills. To earn this certificate, participants must complete the Management Development Program and the Managerial Leadership Program over the course of 18 months.
The Goizueta Leadership Certificate: These two-day courses designed for a “deep dive” into a specific subject matter. These courses are highly interactive and rely upon shared knowledge across a group, following a roadmap with specific checkpoints along the way. To earn this certificate, participants must complete three two-day courses over the course of 18 months.
