Director's Message

Outstanding leadership is infectious; successful leaders are not only great at their own jobs but also inspire those around them to be more effective in their roles. The Managerial Leadership Program provides an opportunity to develop and practice impactful leadership skills. The program features many experiential learning opportunities, allowing participants to learn and practice skills throughout the week. Participants will receive feedback on their leadership styles and identify new skills to then practice in the sessions. As faculty director, I see my role as doing everything I can to help participants expand their own leadership skills.
