Program Overview

The Management Development Program was created to shape tomorrow's managerial leaders. Throughout the program, you will partner with acclaimed faculty in a highly collaborative learning process to examine existing models and build personal frameworks for management excellence. For five days, each focused and intensive session covers essential management principles including finance, strategy, operations and marketing. You will then test your new skills in a dynamic and competitive business simulation with your peers.
