Director's Message

"There is a place in one's career where a broader view of business is needed. The technical skills that have served well in the past are not enough for the next job. At that point there are two things an executive needs: a more clear vision of themselves as a leader and a more comprehensive vision of business. MDP provides the latter by teaching the participants key concepts in business strategy, marketing, finance and operations.

I take a very hands-on approach to being the faculty director of this program. Each class day ends with an intensive 30-minute session to integrate the concepts of that day into the participants' past experience and into the rest of the Management Development Program."
