The Goizueta Executive Program was very educational on overall business views and a very worthy investment of my time. The Goizueta Executive Program encourages and requires participants to think about how one can apply the learning. For me, the course has enabled me to more quickly identify organizational structure weaknesses and I have made recommendations to restructure parts of our organization which will lead to improved performance.

The course uses case studies and real life examples from participants to ensure the learning can be applied in the real world. A great example of this would be the structural fit analysis that each participant is required to complete on his/her company/division.

If you are looking for a short program that will recharge your batteries and improve your strategic, financial, execution and leadership skills, I would highly recommend this program. The quality of instructors is exceptional and I can honestly say that without exception, my class members were very pleased with every aspect of this program.
