Program Overview
The purpose of the Goizueta Executive Program is to make a difference in the way you interact and respond to your organization, your peers and your markets. After consulting with key corporate partners, the Goizueta faculty designed the content to be dynamic, practical and immediately applicable to your business. Targeted toward senior leaders and high potentials, the program offers the opportunity to engage with our world-class faculty as well as your peers on issues that matter to you and your organization.
Real-World, Real-Time
By delivering the program in three weeks over three months, you have the opportunity to apply your classroom ideas to the job and then bring them back to the classroom for further development. During this time, you will:
- Participate in an International Business Simulation
- Develop a personal plan for growth and change
- Contribute to an organizational "fitness" project
- Receive individualized coaching
Distance Learning
Distance learning, which occurs between the on-campus classes, allows participants to extend their learning experience beyond the last class session. From their respective locations, participants collaborate to solve problems and implement strategies.
These program features are combined with the key topics of Strategic Management, The Global Enterprise and Leadership to give you the tools to positively impact your business and your career.
