Learning Overview

Participants will learn and practice a selection of critical advanced management techniques that focus on the interplay between internal business functional areas, leadership capacity, and external forces. The evening events and speakers highlight the importance of networking and community and encourage participants to leverage the social opportunity the Goizueta Executive Program provides.

Curriculum Overview

Each module of the Goizueta Executive Program focuses on different components of a leader’s toolkit. The program begins with a focus on strategic management, exploring the key functional areas in depth. In the second week , participants look to the Global Enterprise and managing across cultures. Finally, the program concludes with a high-intensity week designed to hone leadership strengths to maximize participants’ abilities to transform their corporate cultures.
