Leading company in financial institution develops functional skills to create shareholder value

Goizueta partnered with the organizational development team and CFO of a leading provider of software and printed products for the financial institution market to create a two day program for high potentials in the company. The design focused on gaining a greater depth of understanding on how the finance function creates value for shareholders.

Action-based learning components included case studies, facilitated discussions using company financials, team teaching with financial experts, e-learning modules, and knowledge exchange. The content was centered on Harland’s financial model. Participants’ look at financial analysis at the divisional level, and faculty in the program were Goizueta finance and accounting experts, as well as company executives.
