
The world’s number one brand company created a “Fast Track” program, providing a best in class executive program for its leaders. Goizueta partnered with Wharton to design and deliver this program for the company’s business units outside the U.S.
A two week intensive program was conducted at Goizueta for top Coca-Cola executives. Their main goal was to learn how to manage the global/local polarity. The program was designed to enable participants to lead country offices while simultaneously trying to integrate brand strategy across the globe. Content addressed business and leadership acumen and included leadership assessment, coaching, business project action learning and business simulations.
