
Emory Executive Education worked with a distribution organization of automotive parts and materials to design a comprehensive educational experience that looks at leadership and general management. The program was targeted at high-potentials across company divisions.
Content for the program focused on leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, and operational excellence. Action-based learning components include individual and 360 assessment, coaching, knowledge exchange, facilitated discussions, case studies, learning lab that promotes self-awareness and management of behaviors and a business simulation.
