
Emory Executive Education worked with an industry leader in auto parts distribution systems to design and develop an executive education experience for their senior leadership team. The program provided the backdrop of knowledge for the executive team as they enhance the foundation of the organization. The organization also wanted to provide a forum to for knowledge exchange and the opportunity for the senior leadership to discuss implications as it pertains to current operations as well as future strategic direction.
Faculty for the program is comprised of world-wide thought leaders in academia and consulting, and the content is focused on strategic thinking, leadership, execution, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions integration and driving performance. Action-based learning components included facilitated discussions, case studies and again, knowledge exchange.
