Before applying to our programs you must accept the cancellation/transfer policy. Please read it carefully and press the "I accept" button. By submitting an application, you are committing to attend the program on the date(s) specified in your application.
You are not enrolled in the class until full payment is received. If payment is not received by our offices before the start of the program, it will be necessary to collect a credit card number when you arrive on the first day of the program to charge the full tuition amount (discounted rates do not apply if not paid before the program).
Written notification of withdrawal/cancellation must be received by participant more than 30 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. If withdrawal/cancellation occurs 30 days or less prior to the start of the program, 50% of the tuition will be charged, unless the company substitutes a qualified replacement. If withdrawal/cancellation occurs on or after the first day of the program there will be no refund.
Transfer requests to another program and/or date received 30 days or less prior to the start of the program will be charged a $500 transfer fee. Registrants may transfer one time only. All transfers that are subsequently cancelled at any time are subject to a penalty of 50% of the tuition.
