The conference fee of $2,995 is due by July 2, 2008 and includes all event activities, meals, and beverages at event site. Airfare, hotel, and ground transportation are not included.

Travel Arrangements

All travel arrangements are to be made by participant. Suggested hotel, airports, and ground transportation will be included in welcome letter upon acceptance into the program.

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted without charge if written notification is received by August 8, 2008.
