Hotel Booking Information
All conference participants should stay at the Emory Inn. We have negotiated the special conference price of $104 per night. All Reservation must be made by December 19th, 2008. Please follow the below directions for booking rooms at the Emory Inn.

| Step 2: | Ask to book a room in the group block for RO: UBSLC- Undergraduate Business School Leadership Conference |
| Step 3: | Book a room for the nights of Thursday, February 5th to Saturday, February 7th 2008 (longer if necessary for travel arrangements). Check out will be on Sunday. International students must book a room starting Wednesday, February 4th. |
| Step 4: | Ask them to list each student participant in the room (if two students are sharing a room have them list both on the reservation) |
| Step 5: | Have your credit card ready for payment |
Airline Booking and Arrival Information
When booking airline or other travel arrangement please keep the following information in mind:
- We suggest all international students arrive February 4, 2009. This assures arrival in time for the beginning of the conference. We will have a dinner for internationals (not paid for by the conference) on Wednesday night for all international participants already in Atlanta. We will also provide free transportation to the Emory Inn free of charge for any students traveling form outside the United States that arrive on Wednesday.
- All participants' flight arrival time must be no later than 12:30pm on February 5th (students not arriving via airplane should plan to be at the Emory Inn no later than 1pm)
- We will have free shuttles running from the airport (ATL) to the Emory Inn on February 5th at 11am, 12noon, and 1pm
- We will have free shuttles running from the Emory Inn to the airport (ATL) on February 8th at 8am, 10am, 11am, 12noon
- Please send us copy of your flight itinerary as soon as possible. This allows us to plan transportation and to determine final conference logistics. Please forward this information on to us as soon as you get it (UBSLC@bus.emory.edu).
We have secured a conference discount on AirTran Airways. This allows:
- 10% discount on AirTran Airways' fares.
- Priority advance seat assignments at time of ticketing.
- Change fee waived once per reservation.
- Confirmed Business Class upgrades at time of ticketing for certain fare classes.
