BBA Leadership Academy
The goal of the BBA Leadership Academy is for students to learn about leadership, become more self-aware and more effective leaders. The BBA Leadership Academy was launched in Fall 2008 with 16 participants and increased in size in Spring 2009 to 25 participants.
The BBA Leadership Academy is comprised of:
- Two group seminars
- Two group service activities
- A 360 degree assessment
- One hour of coaching (to interpret the 360 results)
- One development plan
- Four journal entries
- Follow up 360 degree assessment one year later
