Prior to joining the doctoral program, Chirag set up and managed The Information Company Private Limited, a software and publications firm in Belapur, Navi Mumbai. |

Jung Yeon Lee Jung holds both a BBA and a MBA In Business Administration from Yonsei University. She was also most recently employed at Yonsei as a Research and Teaching Assistant. |

David Kryscynski David Kryscynski has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan. David is broadly interested in understanding how organizations create value through their people. His current research focuses on understanding how firms strategically use combinations of pecuniary and non-pecuniary incentives and when these incentives can lead to sustained performance differences between firms. Additionally, he explores when and why firms may leverage non-pecuniary incentives by offering less pecuniary incentives, such as wages. |
