In order to fully understand the Evening MBA experience, we encourage you to join us on campus for a class visit. Take an in-depth look at our community, meet our outstanding faculty, and speak with current students. Be our guest for a quick meal and an opportunity to discover the exciting possibilities which could lie ahead for you.
Schedule a Class Visit
Below, you will find a class visit schedule for the 2009-2010 academic year. Prospective students for the Evening MBA program will visit a first-year MBA core course with a current Evening MBA student host. To schedule a class visit:
- Review the class visit schedule below and determine a date convenient to your schedule.
- Contact the admissions office to schedule your visit at least one week prior to the date of the class that you would like to visit. You may email EvMBA_Class_Visit@bus.emory.edu to schedule your visit.
- Come to campus and meet your host outside Einstein's Bagels, our on-site café just down the sidewalk from MBA Admissions. Plan to arrive by 5:30pm.
- Please note that the Evening MBA core classes are conducted on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:30pm – 9:15pm. You may make your exit during the break at 8:00pm, or you may stay for the entire class.
Class Visit Dates 2009-2010:
- September 21 – Fall Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)
- October 12-14 – Closed for Fall Break
- November 16-18 – Last Week of Visits for Fall term
- December-January – Limited ACE Class Visits Available
- January 19 – Closed for MLK Holiday
- February 1 – Spring Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)
- March 1-12 – Closed for Spring Break
- April 5-7 – Last Week of Visits for Spring Term
- May – Limited ACE Class Visits Available
- June 7 – Summer Class Visits Begin (Mon, Wed)
Please be respectful of your student host. You will be given a cell phone number to call if you are running late or must cancel. You must be in the classroom prior to the beginning of class; otherwise, you will need to reschedule your visit.
