The program, including curriculum and classmates, is designed to make you successful professionally. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to apply many concepts, particularly in the areas of leadership and organizational behavior, to my daily professional life.  Seeing immediate benefits makes it clear that the investment has been worthwhile.

My classmates have been a key part of the experience. Having a room full of executives as a sounding board when faced with business problems would be great all the time. The program is heavily centered on team-based learning, and I have learned at least as much from my peers as from the faculty. When the program finally ends, I will have a stronger network of friends and professionals that can help me develop personally and professionally.

The professors have a genuine interest in making the experience rewarding and entertaining. They view their relationships with students as long-term, beyond the classes they teach-encouraging students to stay in touch as alumni.
