The practice of leadership is an integral part of the Goizueta experience, as the mission of the Goizueta Business School is to develop Principled Leaders for Global Enterprise.  Leadership curriculum is interwoven throughout your Goizueta degree track.

Leadership Courses

Develop your personal leadership style through the leadership training at Goizueta.  Begin with the identification and development of leadership skills and the subsequent practice of those skills in daily life.  Courses include:

• Leadership Styles & Best Practices
• Leadership and Lifework
• Transformation and Leading Organizational Change

Further leadership training is also offered through Skills and Value Assessments and One-on-One Leadership Coaching.

Independent Study

Many of our students choose to further develop their leadership skills through an Independent Study.  More than just a class, the Independent Study is a learning experience that provides tangible results. Study a significant business issue in your industry or interest area, conduct research and create solutions under the direction of a world-class faculty member. This experience alone will change your life and help bring your ideas to fruition.
