The best way to learn about Emory's Executive MBA options is to meet us in person. Join us on-campus, meet us at an event near you, or simply contact us for a personal consultation.


Personal Consultation

Personal consultations are short, informative meetings focusing on the Executive MBA Program and application process. These sessions are scheduled during normal business hours and last approximately 30 minutes and do not fulfill or replace the Admissions Interview requirement. You will meet with a member of the Executive MBA Admission Committee. To schedule a session please please contact our admissions directors, email us at EMBA_Admissions@bus.emory.edu or call (404) 727-6311. You will be contacted within 3-5 business days with a confirmation.

Open Houses

Executive MBA Open Houses are held from 6:30-8:30PM in the Executive MBA Suite (Room W300 at Goizueta Business School unless otherwise noted) and via webcast, which begins at 7:00PM. Each open house features a reception, faculty presentation, and student panel discussion designed to inform prospective students about both the Modular and the Weekend formats of the Executive MBA. Open House events occur on the following dates:

  • Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 (RSVP)
  • Thursday, March 15, 2012 (RSVP)
  • Thursday, May 10, 2012 (RSVP)
  • Thursday, June 7, 2012 (RSVP)
  • Tuesday, July 10, 2012 (RSVP)

Class Visits

Take advantage of an excellent opportunity to observe current Executive MBA students and experience first-hand both the outstanding faculty teaching and the dynamic student interaction. It is your chance to speak with the admissions staff, current students and faculty in person and gain a broader understanding of what the program entails.

The morning class is in session from 8-11:30 a.m., and we invite you to join the students for lunch following class. The afternoon class is in session from 1-4:30 p.m., and we invite you to join the students for lunch prior to class at 11:30 a.m.

Modular Executive MBA Discovery Week

The week is designed to provide you with a chance to explore the Goizueta Business School facilities, introduce you to our world-renowned faculty members, give you a glimpse into the life of an Emory Executive MBA student, and help you find answers to questions about our Modular format, the curriculum, and the opportunities that are available to you as an Emory Executive MBA student.

We invite you to join us on campus during the week of Jan. 23-27, 2012. You may visit a class, have lunch with current students, and schedule an information session or interview with an Executive MBA team member. On Friday, Jan. 27, we plan to offer a Modular format student panel presentation during lunch, allowing you to hear the student perspective.
