Business Intelligence Corner: Stay up to date on the Stimulus Package with Factiva's Search 2.0

Save time searching for blogs, interviews and other media stories on the stimulus package! With Factiva 2.0 you can easily jump to the articles mentioning specific companies or industries the greatest number of times. Prefer to watch the video, listen to the audio, or read a blog on the topic? Factiva Search 2.0 provides you with all of these media choices.

Using Factiva 2.0 is easy! After logging into Factiva, click on “Search 2.0” in the upper left corner of the page. Typing your keywords into the search box returns a "Discovery Panel" that visually graphs your results by:
• Peak coverage
• Companies and industries most frequently mentioned
• Top sources in which keywords occur, and more...

You can quickly filter results by media (newspapers, magazines, websites, pictures, video, audio and blogs)

For example, a search for TARP will return:
• Video from CBS News, CNN, NPR, and Face the Nation
• Blogs such as the Harvard Business Blog, National Review, and NYT DealBook
• News stories from the Wall Street Journal and the Economist
• …and more from over 10,000 other sources
