Biography
Rich Metters joined the Goizueta Business School in 2001. He has also been on the faculty of Vanderbilt University and Southern Methodist University. Prior to his academic career he worked for Citibank, Bank of America, and Crocker Bank. His research interests concentrate on service sector operations management, the offshoring of services, and inventory management.
