Biography
Prior to joining the Goizueta Business School faculty in 1981, Professor Beard served on the faculties of the University of Maryland, the University of South Carolina, and the Babcock Graduate School at Wake Forest University. In addition to his academic background, Larry has had extensive experience in industry. He is a Certified Management Accountant and has previously held positions as a Merchandising Manager, Marketing Research Manager, Senior Systems Analyst, and as a Senior Consultant in a data processing consulting firm.
