Biography
Barbara Maaskant is Chief Information Officer for the Goizueta Business School. She joined the School in June of 1996 after serving four years as Director of Information Services for Emory University's Rollins School of Public Health. Prior to that time she directed Academic and Statistical Computing at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and was a research statistician at Kelly Air Force Base Department of Defense. She has extensive experience in IT management, technology infrastructure design and construction as well as effective use of technology in teaching. Ms. Maaskant provides instructional computing and technology design consulting tailored to business schools.
